I will be giving birth at Saint Elizabeth Hospital here in Lincoln Nebraska. I’m low income, so I’d like to pay no more than 300 a week. I have a birth doula and a postpartum doula, and am thinking about a water birth. I’m a single mom of two and having someone to help with my new baby overnight would be so much help during the postpartum period.

I want to do a home birth. I work as a Correctional Officer and might need a Nanny to help care of my daughter, when I work. That second part is optional. I have Healthy Blue Medicaid, but if you are not covered under that plan, I might have a monthly budget of $100-$150.

1. Needs to be CPR certified, certified in newborn care, 2-3 years or long experience and able to stay awake with baby or respond to babies needs. 2. Baby was born 12/21/24. Baby boy needs to be fed every 2-3 hours as well as I need to be woken up during that time frame to pump or nurse him if I’m in the mood to. Needs to be fed, burp, and taken care of for the night. 3. Washing bottles and pump parts if needed but mostly just needed for baby needs. 4. Budget is open for negotiation based on experience.

We have a son that doesn’t sleep through the night and keeps my fiance up at night which makes him unable to work properly. I am 2 weeks postpartum and have a newborn as well. I cannot lift and take care of my 11 month old because I am still recovering . We need someone to be awake and alert and help take care of our 11 month old throughout the night.
