Hello! I’m Lina and I am a Certified Parent Coach and Positive Discipline Parent Educator behind The Heartful Mama LLC. I help parents move away from punishment and yelling towards a more compassionate approach in their discipline, deepening their connection with their children, through my parent-centric coaching program. My parenting philosophy is all humans (adults and children alike) are to be seen and heard, and when parents are fully supported in a safe and no-judgement space, they thrive and children under their care flourish. I believe that there is no bad children, only misunderstood kids and my work as a parent coach is to support parents in deepening their understanding of their children, no matter how old they are. In my free time, I love to explore new places with my two children or go for a walk with my partner at our neighborhood park.
