Hello! I’m Liana (she/her) and I’m thrilled that you’ve found me! Beyond my ever-increasing passion for all things birth-related, I am a big fan of reading rom-coms, dragging my husband out on adventures with our three kids, extroverting (is that a word?) with friends, and generally enjoying this hectic and lovely life. Now on to why you’re here! After the birth of our first child, I realized there were some big gaps in the childbirth classes that we took. Before we became pregnant again, I was researching what we had missed and awoke a passion for childbirth and maternal care that has only deepened over the years. After our three kids were born, I became a Childbirth Educator in 2017 and a Birth Doula in 2018. I also delivered two babies as a gestational surrogate in 2019 and 2021. I love supporting families of all kinds, including (but not limited to) biological families, adoptive parents, LGBTQ+ parents, single parents, and surrogates and IPs. I look forward to getting to know you!

I am a Certified Birth Doula and support families of all types in birth settings of all kinds, from pain-med-free vaginal deliveries to cesareans and VBACs. Being a part of your birth team is an honor and I strive to be a positive, informative, and supportive addition who is not only there for you, but your partner as well (if applicable). I am also a Childbirth Educator and have three birth class series that I teach: a 10-week Comprehensive Birth Class, a 6-week Hospital Birth Class, and a 5-week Home & Birth Center Class. Virtual/Hybrid options are available! Other 1-day, in-person workshops are scheduled periodically. I primarily serve families in Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Golden, Englewood, Lone Tree, Parker, and Castle Rock, but have been known to travel to Boulder, Evergreen, and Aurora when needed.
