Need someone to assist with my newborn at night so I can get some better rest.

My baby is almost six months old and we are struggling to get her to sleep at night time. I am at a loss as to what to do and would love someone to come help with sleep training. I have a two year old daughter who does not sleep through the night consistently. We need coaching and also some good nights of sleep. I am looking to pay no more than 60 dollars an hour.

I plan to give birth at a hospital. I don’t have an estimated budget. I am going to ask family for help as a baby shower gift as I live across the country from everyone and don’t have much support here. My birth plan is to have an epidural. I’m more so looking for help after the baby is born and probably more so night time. I will be giving birth in a hospital if possible. We live further away from our hospital so I would like to go naturally but think the best option might be induction. My husband works 24 shifts as well. This will be my 2nd birth. My first birth was an emergency C-Section. I am okay with epidural but I would really like to have the baby vaginaly if possible. I had extreme “baby blues” right after my daughter.
