My name is Leanne K Bailey, I love and celebrate all things birth & babies! I'm passionate about supporting mothers along their journey, and this is what led me to become a doula. I study evidence-based childbirth education practices surrounding pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. I firmly believe that knowledge is power. The more you know about your body and birth, the less you have to fear. My goal is to help women overcome fears, and experience a more confident, relaxed & empowered birth. I use my personal experiences, education, and endless love of supporting mothers during their pregnancy, birth, and parenting journey, to help you prepare your heart, mind, and body, no matter what kind of birth you are planning! Throughout your pregnancy and at your birth, you will receive my friendship, knowledge, encouragement, & support to empower you to have an incredible birth experience! I offer support during pregnancy, lactation, and support during the postpartum period, as well. At Lifesong Beginnings, I’m honored to serve the Hastings- Grand Rapids, Michigan area.
