I’ll provide practical and emotional support tailored to meet your family’s unique needs. Package includes: • Emotional support and guidance to help you adjust to motherhood and navigate postpartum changes • Newborn care assistance, including feeding support and help establishing routines • Light household tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up, to keep your space feeling calm and welcoming • Resource sharing, including trusted local referrals and evidence-based information on postpartum recovery and newborn care This package is designed to lighten your load and create a nurturing environment so you can focus on bonding with your baby and taking care of yourself.

Virtual Postpartum Support

“Virtual Postpartum Support” Package This virtual package is ideal for moms who want personalized support, guidance, and encouragement right at their fingertips. With weekly check-ins and ongoing access via Voxer, I’m here to answer questions, offer reassurance, and help you navigate the postpartum journey—all from the comfort of your home. Package includes: • Weekly 1-hour video sessions for personalized guidance and check-ins • Daily access via Voxer for quick chats, questions, and support whenever you need it • Emotional support to help you process postpartum emotions and build confidence in your new role • Tailored resources, from recovery tips to newborn care advice and feeding support This package brings expert care and understanding directly to you, making sure you always feel supported, connected, and heard as you settle into motherhood.

Lauren is amazing! She helped me build my birth plan and was able to bring her own experience and knowledge to help me make educated decisions. I ended up having to be medically induced early, and she talked through my birth plan with me again and helped me make adjustments. Day of, it was SO helpful to have her in the room to talk through decisions because the midwife was giving recommendations to change my birth plan, and it was so helpful to have a third party person who was educated in L&D to be able to talk this through with and come to the best conclusion for me. In the midst of giving birth, she was so helpful, attending to our every need. Because we had met ahead of time and she really took the time to get to know my goals and desires, she was able to advocate for me. I had precipitous labor, so things escalated quickly. At one point, my midwife asked me a question about pain meds that needed an immediate response. I was mid-contraction and unable to speak, but Lauren jumped in with no hesitation and communicated exactly what I wanted to say! She was also able to help keep my husband calm and engaged during our baby’s birth, and even he said he was so thankful Lauren was there with us! I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone interested in hiring a doula!
