My name is Lauren and I am super passionate about birth and believe the best thing you can do for yourself and your baby is to cultivate a great support system around you. It is proven that good support in pregnancy, birth and postpartum will lead to better outcomes and an overall more satisfying experience. Giving birth is one of the most meaningful experiences of your life and it will impact your whole being for the rest of your life. I believe every woman deserves support in birth and I want to help you create the most positive experience so those memories can be rewarding and empowering. As your birth doula my goal is to empower you and your partner in your birth however you want that to look like. I am here to guide and prepare you through information and education, and together we can come up with a plan to achieve the birth you want. I will support your decisions and advocate for your needs and well-being. I will be at your side providing emotional and physical support to create a safe and comfortable environment and we will be ready to face any challenges that come up along the way.

I am just starting out as a professional doula and currently working towards my DONA certification and a massage therapy license to offer clients prenatal and postpartum massage.
