Hi! I am Laura, a pelvic health physical therapist, yoga and pilates instructor. I love helping mom's prepare and recover from birth. I offer online sessions and in person sessions to guide you in preparation and assist you in recovery. I aim to help you know what to do to decrease unnecessary interventions during birth and help you heal post birth. I utilize hands on techniques in person or guide you on how to perform self release/exercise techniques to address joint, muscle/fascial restrictions so that you have less pain, improved birth outcomes, and a full recovery.
