Hi there! I'm Jill, and I'm an IBCLC and a holistic sleep specialist. I work with families to get to the root of their feeding and/or sleep challenges. Unique from other sleep consultants, I work with families to help understand & address the root cause of their baby's night wakings without ANY form of separation-based sleep training. My approach centers attachment and is informed by neuroscience & infant brain development, as well as biological feeding norms. Because I specialized training in lactation care, oral function, and nutrition, I have helped hundreds of families identify missed (or dismissed) issues affecting sleep and improve their child's health & well-being for life.

Hi there, mama! Welcome to my page, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kaylee and I have a wonderful husband that I have been with for 17 years! We have two beautiful kiddos who are our world 🌎 We love nature and teaching our kids about health and wellness has always been so important to us! I have been a nurse for 9 years. I spent 2 years in Neuro Trauma ICU at a level 1 Trauma center and the last 7 years were spent in a level III Neonatal ICU 🤍 I recently left my hospital job and let me tell you- I left a piece of my heart in that NICU. I loved my job, my coworkers, the babies, and their families!! It was so hard walking away. But I know in my heart and soul it was the right decision. My values and heart no longer aligned with hospital politics. I truly believe our mind, bodies, and souls are connected and we have the ability to heal from within. While I believe there is a time and a place for western medicine, I don’t believe it has our best interest in mind…especially our children. I’ve witnessed firsthand the evil and lies of our medical system and I couldn’t be a part of it any longer. Many don’t understand my heart and my decision to leave.. and I’m okay with that! Moral of the story is- I’m on to new adventures and I’m here to help new and seasoned mamas in one of the hardest times of their lives. I LOVE supporting moms on their journey to and thru motherhood 🤍 As an IBClC (International Board Certified Lactation Counselor) I am here to help you with all things breastfeeding! I offer virtual consults and will also come to your home to make things easier for you and your family ✨ Message me and let’s get to know each other!

Hi I am Maria, and I came to doula work after working in childcare for 8 years. After spending time with parents who had relatively no postpartum care or support, I soon started my training to bridge that gap. I believe that the postpartum period is one of the most crucial stages of pregnancy. Many parents experience feelings of loneliness, confusion, and exhaustion and it is Maria’s top priority to help parents feel their best during your fourth trimester. Maria believes that every family who wants a doula should have one. Promoting a judgement free zone, she happily works with families and individuals of any age, race, & gender. Instilling confidence and nurturing a new family is what makes Maria excited to go to work every day. Maria has been trained as an EMT, birth and postpartum doula, certified lactation counselor, and is working on her IBCLC certification which she plans to finish by winter 2025.
