I’d like to go natural, as with my first two, but with greater attention to slow crowning and tear prevention/pelvic floor protection. I’d like to try warm oil compress, gravity aided positioning, NO LABORING ON BACK, freedom of movement and frequent position changes, with a prayerful Catholic/christian atmosphere. I’d like to pray the rosary and listen to Christian birth tracks, I’d like to labor at home as long as possible since I live only 10 minutes by car from the hospital.
