I was having HORRIBLE seasonal allergies, I didn't know what was safe to take and what wasn't. There are some medications that are safe, but can effect your supply. I had also made the mistake before of taking an allergy medicine that went into my milk and made my baby sleepy. It was considered safe to take, but I didn't like that it did that to my baby. I was so overwhelmed and worried, but in desperate need for relief. She helped me go through the allergy medications and we talked about the safe ones and if they would effect my supply and how much would go into my milk so it wouldn't effect my baby! I was able to get relief from my allergies without having to worry about anything else! She is also incredibly kind and an amazing listener! She listened to all of my concerns and then we went through them one by one. She didn't make me feel rushed either! She truly cares and is passionate about helping mothers succeed in their breastfeeding journey. Thank you, Kristi!

Kristi is such an amazingly sweet person to work with. She has helped me in my breastfeeding journey from sizing for flanges, to dealing with mastitis and helped encourage me to keep going, telling me that I was doing an amazing job. The encouragement and validation as well as evidenced based facts and assistance with sizing for my breast pump flanges, even though I do not pump often, have been an extremely positive influence on my breastfeeding journey.

Kristi is so amazing and was very helpful and helped me alot and because of her I'm pumping between 1-2 ounces for my daughter and as a result my daughter at 11 days old is 5 pounds 1 ounce I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me and my daughter ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kristi was phenomenal when helping me with my questions. She was willing to FaceTime with me, as I am states away, and guided me through my concerns and issues. Honestly if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have made it as far as I did❤️

Kristi helped me with lactation support during those very chaotic early days of postpartum. I had not successfully breastfed with my first child and I was determined to with my second, but the hospital I delivered at keeps no IBCLC on board so I was just getting a lot of bad advice from “moms with experience.” While I value other moms’ experience, they were telling me to get used to cracked and bleeding nipples and just grit through an uncomfortable latch - it was all just because it was “new” and wait until my nipples calloused. Fortunately, Kristi was gracious and willing to help me through countless conversations and more questions than anyone would care to answer. I have told everyone who ever asked me that it was only because of Kristi’s kindness and patience, along with God’s good grace, that I was able to breastfeed until my son weaned himself. Now, pregnant with my third child, I know I won’t be going to anyone else with any lactation questions I may have. She kept me from giving up on breastfeeding again, gave me real support, and did not let me feel like a failure when my son got a few formula bottles while I was trying to let my body heal from such a bad latch. And when not even my pediatrician said he had a tie, she encouraged me to see a pediatric dentist and he in fact had a tongue tie that got clipped. I couldn’t recommend Kristi’s services enough, just as I could never thank her enough.
