About me

Hello! My name is Krista and I am a passionate postpartum doula. I turned to this industry after my own two children were born prematurely. I realized that there are not enough supports for new parents, and I'm here to help change that! I offer in-home overnight support, lactation and infant-feeding support, infant care, and light housekeeping. I am always non-judgemental. My goal is to empower parents and give them confidence!

Service introduction

I am pleased to offer in-home postpartum support for daytime or overnights. Support includes: lactation and infant feeding, diapering and bathing baby, education, answering questions, resources, birth debrief and emotional support. I will also do light housekeeping such as dishes, washing baby bottles and pump parts, sweeping, and baby laundry.

Overnight Support

8 hours of in-home overnight support, ideal for getting some extra sleep! If you are breast/chest feeding, I will provide lactation support, then change and soothe baby back to sleep while you rest. If you are bottle feeding, feel free to rest all night while I feed and care for baby. Housekeeping included in overnights is baby laundry and bottle washing.

CAD Per hour

Day-Time Support

2-4 hours of in-home support. I will give you care where you feel you need it most. I can care for baby while you rest, or I can help you diaper, swaddle and bathe baby. I will assist with chest/breastfeeding and can provide basic trouble-shooting. I will answer any questions you may have about infant care and what to expect, and provide resources to connect you with other services and support. I will also do light housekeeping such as: baby laundry, dishes, washing bottles and pump parts, sweeping floors.
