My services include: - Birth Doula Support: In-person emotional and physical support during labor and birth - Postpartum Support: In-person and virtual care for new parents, including breastfeeding guidance, nutrition advice, and child education - Pre-Conception and Prenatal Support: Virtual guidance and resources for individuals and couples preparing for pregnancy - Virtual Support: Remote consultations and support for those who prefer or require virtual care Travel available for in-person services (additional fee applies).
