Peer Lactation Counseling Services
Do you need additional support with breastfeeding your baby? Leto's Maternity Isle is able to guide you with any challenges or concerns you may have. Prior to the start of a service, you will receive an email and a questionnaire about anything you wish to cover in the peer lactation counseling session. The Peer Lactation Counseling Service will cover the following topics:
1. Address breastfeeding struggles and find solutions
2. The importance of nutrition while breastfeeding
3. Emotional support for both mom and dad
4. Pumping support
5. Return to Work Support
6. Any other questions or concerns
Pave My Pathway to Birth Service
The Pave My Pathway to Birth service is birth plan writing for expecting parents who are looking to give birth in a hospital or birth center setting. The Pave My Pathway to Birth plan makes the family's decisions loud and clear and create a healthy partnership with OBs/midwives and nurses who will respect and honor the boundaries set from the very beginning. This birth plan can be tailored to your needs and wants to make your birth experience a wonderful one for you, your spouse/partner and your baby. This service includes a questionnaire and a virtual meeting to discuss parents wants and desires more in depth.
The turn around time for birth plan writing is 3-5 business days and parents are allowed up to 2 edits. Anything after 2 edits for the birth plan writing will require an additional fee.
Your Milk Retreat at Work Service
Are you returning to work soon? Unsure about how to prepare for your return to work? Do you need guidance as to how to properly store milk or nourish yourself in the workplace? I am here to help! This service supports new & new again mothers who want to continue their breastfeeding journey with their baby after their maternity leave. I offer resources, guidance and nutritional information for lactating mothers.
Honoring the Maternal Veil Service
This is our postpartum service that we offer to new mothers who need assistance adjusting to their new life with their baby. The following is offered to mothers:
- Postpartum recovery education & support
- Assessment for any postpartum mood concerns (postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, DM-er, etc.)
- Newborn care and wellness support
- Lactation and pumping support & education
- Household & Nutrition Support (light meal prep, light cleaning, errands, etc.)
- Closing of the Bones Ceremony & Ritual Bath
Meet Your Doula Consultation
Do you want to see if we will be a good fit to work together? Do you have questions for me that you would like me to answer? I enjoy meeting my clients before they commit to working with me. There may be some reservations you have that you want to make clear so I can be the doula you need. And if those reservations are not up my alley, that's okay too! I am not for everyone and I respect mothers and fathers who want to pick the right doula for their birth experience. This meeting can take place via a Zoom conference call or in-person.
Birth Doula Services
Giving birth to your baby is a special and sacred time in your life. A doula's job is to educate, advocate and empower her client. A doula should ensure that the client's understanding and consent are of high importance during pregnancy, during birth and during the postpartum phases. As your doula, our journey will begin together with the following service offered:
- Birth Plan Writing
- Child Birth Education
- Accompanying client with a tour of the hospital or birth center setting
- Weekly check-ins for mothers to offer emotional and spiritual support during pregnancy journey.
- Nutritional education for mother.
- Child birth support for family.
- Two visits following birth of baby to check on how mother is doing.
Childbirth Education Services
This in-person or virtual class will help parents prepare for childbirth. This session will cover the following for expecting parents:
• Physical and hormonal changes during pregnancy
• The sacred process of childbirth
• Coping techniques for childbirth
• How to create an assertive birth plan
• Pain management options (holistic and medical options)
• How your support person can assist during childbirth
• Medical interventions
• And so much more!

This service is for $75 for 1.5-2 hours. Any time going over will not be assessed so long as it does not exceed 2.5 hours. Payment plant and sliding scale for low-income families available.
