Khristen was exactly what I needed in emotional support during my labor and delivery. She was very calm and gave me much needed positive reassurance through the delivery. I greatly appreciate her support and care. It was a great blessing through my labor, delivery and postpartum also. She was the support I never knew I needed.

Doula review: I gave birth to my first baby girl a few months ago and had Khristen there in the delivery room with me and my husband. Throughout my pregnancy we received so much support and knowledge from her and I’m forever grateful for that being my very first delivery. She made me info packets that I read and studied religiously and even looked back on during postpartum. When I had questions or concerns at 2 a.m she was there for me and responded quickly. Khristen has such a motherly nature about her. She made me feel at ease and empowered and that was important to me if she was going to be with me during one of the most intimate, spiritual experiences of my life. She gave me confidence as a first time mom and even to my husband as a new dad. We met up multiple times to go over questions I had, my fears, my birth plan etc and we created a beautiful friendship! She made me feel like there were never stupid questions and I knew she would give me honest answers. She brought me an amazing postpartum gift weeks before I delivered and it was a lifesaver! About a week before my due date I tested positive for Covid. She was there with me as a balled on the phone talking about the possibility of her not being there with me after all. I went into labor 10 days later at 11 pm and she helped me labor in my home till I was ready to leave for the hospital. Her and my husband worked together and I appreciated the different support I got from each of them. Despite my positive Covid test, She didn’t leave our side during our stay in labor and delivery. She advocated for me, rubbed my feet, gave me affirmations to read, and physically helped me through each contraction. She was awake for probably 48 hours due to the time I went into labor and needed her and not once did she stop supporting me. She was also able to capture some pictures that I will forever cherish. My husband and I are so thankful we had her there as a support to both of us during an emotional unexpected delivery. I can’t recommend Khristen enough. She is now family 🤍

Khristen is not only a great doula but is also my big sister. She was there to answer any and all questions I had. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience for me as it was my first pregnancy, and all was so overwhelming. When it was time to have my son I am so greatful for her being there to help with contractions as I was put on Pitocin to get things going. I was so grateful for her knowledge of the pressure points to help ease labor pains. She would also help me and my fiancé understand some of the things the doctors would tell us. 10/10 would recommend.
