I am a certified birth doula and public health professional in Minneapolis, MN. I am passionate about supporting people in their journey into parenthood. I firmly believe that all parents deserve loving, supportive, and knowledgeable birth support.

I provide birth doula support during labor and delivery. Whenever possible, I also offer two pre-birth visits with the birthing person and one postpartum visit.
