Hello! My name is Kendrah Yardley and I am a birth doula in the Savannah area. I’ve been a doula for 3 years and I am certified with Birth Boot Camp. I focus on serving teen parents up to age 19, but I have a policy of never turning away a client if you feel like we’d be a good fit! I provide support for all types of births with the exception of free births (births without a midwife or OB present). My philosophy of birth has three very simple tenets: Number 1, I believe every birth matters. Your experiences are just as important as anyone else’s and should be treated with the highest levels of respect, confidentiality, and care. Number 2, I trust you. You know your body and your baby better than anyone else, and I will always stand by your right to use your intuition. And number 3, you are in charge! I want you to have the birth that you want, dictated by your rules, and executed in a way that meets your satisfaction. I support teen moms and their families who are wanting extra support and information as they navigate the journey to motherhood. Pricing begins at $1,550. This includes prenatal meetings, On call time, continuous labor support, postpartum meetings, and initial breastfeeding support.
