About me
Kendall is a DTI certified Full Spectrum Doula, Birth Boot Camp certified Birth Educator, and a certified Yoga Teacher. She walks alongside her clients as a supportive guide throughout the entire reproductive story, from pregnancy to postpartum. Through her trainings, she has combined her knowledge of mind and body as a yoga teacher into the important role as a doula. Being a mother of two, Kendall was inspired to dive into doula work after experiencing firsthand the significance of continuous support and advocacy during her first pregnancy. Enthralled by the endless learnings and teachings available, she continues to stay current in these offerings. Kendall brings her passion for this field, her experience in caring for others, and her unique, nurturing demeanor to support her clients throughout their pregnancies and birth. She believes that as long as clients are held with love and knowledge, they can navigate any obstacle with confidence and strength. Kendall holds a specialized focus and passion for the birthing process and looks forward to all the families she gets to meet and support. When she isn’t with her clients you will find her on her yoga mat or exploring the enchanting Colorado outdoors with her husband and two children.

Service introduction
Birth Doula Services Include: - Two in person prenatal visits prior to childbirth to discuss any concerns, provide education, offer extended resources, practice comfort measures for labor, and build your personalized labor support plan and birth preferences. These appointments usually last 1-2 hours each and can be held in the comfort of your own home. - Availability to you and your partner by phone, text, and email throughout your entire pregnancy for any questions, concerns, or emotional support. - 24×7 on-call labor support starting at 38 weeks gestation until baby is born. This means I am always reachable and ready to assist you in this time period. - Photography during labor and birth included with every package at no extra charge. Though I am no professional, I do take plenty of photos and video (if provider allowed) upon request. - Evidence based education for you/your partner on pregnancy, labor, and all things newborn. - Postpartum support including one in-home visit and continued virtual support 30 days afterbirth. The in-home visit usually consists of 1-3 hours where we process your birth story, answer any questions/concerns, and help with general home chores to alleviate any extra stress. Extra postpartum in-home hours can be added as additional service upon negotiation. -Written birth notes of your birth to help document profound moments in your labor and delivery to keep for your memories. Kendall was an absolute god-send during our pregnancy and birth journey. As first time parents, we felt SO lost starting our pregnancy journey. The lack of dedicated support in the system was so apparent right away, and we began our search to find the compassion , emotional support and care we needed , esp for me as a first time mom! Our first discussion with Kendall made us feel so comfortable and like there was such a personal connection , Kendall was so knowledgeable and so committed to ensuring that I would have the support I needed thru every step of my pregnancy and post-partum. She was someone that I immediately knew I could trust and be comfortable around and want her there with me every step of the way, including during my delivery. Kendall provided support and assistance throughout my pregnancy beyond what I could have ever imagined. As someone who had an extremely difficult pregnancy with several hospitalizations, Kendall was there for our family every step of the way, helping us find new care when things with our existing provider weren’t going well, being by our side with several hospital stays and going out on a limb to be a vocal advocate for what was always best for me and our baby. Kendall went above and beyond after so many unexpected turns in our birth story, spent dedicated time visiting our baby in the NiCU at a moments notice when we delivered prematurely in an emergency situation, and was constantly there as a sounding board, resource , and 24-7 support system for our entire family. We have never felt so comfortable being open and honest with someone as we were with Kendall!! She is so passionate about her work, her families and the moms in her care, and it shows!! Whether we had a perfect pregnancy or one filled with the challenges and scares our family faced, We can’t imagine doing it or going through the journey without Kendall. You never know what resources you may need until you need them, and Kendall was there with us every step of the way. Kendall made my birth experience the beautiful experience that it was! I met her early on in the pregnancy (this was my first) but wanted all the information and all the tips and tricks for a safe delivery right away and boy did she provide! Kendall is the sweetest, most attentive, educated doula I've met-and I've met quite a few. My labor and delivery were apparently abnormally expedient for a first baby, and I attribute that to Kendall's suggestions. Her love and guidance didn't stop there though, she supported us in multiple ways when we returned to the hospital when our newborn was one week old, and we still talk babies now even though mine is almost one year old! I can't say thank you enough to Kendall or express what she and her care has meant to us. My family has a lot of love for Kendall.
