As a first time mom, I was so thankful to have Kenadee as my doula. She provided very useful information and education regarding the whole process. I felt very prepared and confident going into labor. Kenadee was very responsive to all my questions and was also easy to communicate with. She met us at the hospital and stayed with me and my husband throughout a very long labor. We were so thankful to have Kenadee helping keep us calm and helping to keep me as comfortable as possible, especially when things didn’t go quite as planned. She stayed with us after delivery to make sure I was doing okay and even met with us postpartum to check in and make sure we were transitioning home okay. I would 100% recommend Kenadee due to her professionalism, knowledge, calm demeanor and caring personality.

Kenadee provides phenomenal care as a doula, from the beginning to the very end. After we hired her, she visited our home for a training and taught us all about the stages of labor, what to have prepared and when, and we learned counter pressure techniques! She left us with some invaluable resources that we referenced often and I was so grateful for. (I also need to note - I attended multiple birth classes, mothers forums, and read multiple books, and this meeting with her was hands down the most valuable to us!!) She supported me during the whole pregnancy, providing natural solutions to pregnancy symptoms including some mean heartburn that was completely solved with her recommendations. I was planning on a home birth but things took a turn for the worst when I hit 30 weeks pregnant. I was hospitalized and gave birth via emergency c-section a few days later. Kenadee was immediately to the hospital with comfort measures, snacks, and the most grounding presence for both my husband and I. We needed her!! And I needed her there right after the c-section. She was not allowed in the operating room and I was put out under anesthesia, but as I awoke, she grounded me like no one else could while my husband was with our baby in the NICU. I was astounded at how invaluable Kenadee as a doula was in the hospital. I knew I had wanted one when I was planning a home birth, but the advocating, support, and groundedness she provided to us while we were there was, like I said, invaluable. Kenadee is educated, well informed, over prepared, intuitively guided, and incredibly capable. Everyone needs a doula, but the really lucky ones will get Kenadee. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
