Kelsey is a mom of two, wife and doctor of physical therapy. She treats: - pregnant people - postpartum people - babies to 5 yr olds She works with mama’s and their babies using a coaching style to empower mama to support her babies development without stress or guilt (think rolling, crawling, walking help). She also treats pregnant people and prepares their body for labor and birth by: - practicing labor/birth positions - preparing the pelvic floor for birthing a baby - reducing hip/low back and pelvic pain Then during the postpartum recovery phase Kelsey helps people return to activities she enjoys with less pain, enjoyment - and yes, less leakage during the day. Kelsey is a professional mama of two under 5 so she understands the transition back to the working world and the exhaustion of pumping, feeding and the desire to nurture your dreams and ambitions. Currently offering virtual and home based sessions to provide realistic strategies to create lasting change. She looks forward to helping you and your little one explore and stay mobile during whatever adventures you seek!
