I’m a pre+postnatal coach – and a toddler mama of 2, so I live in the world of never ending to-do lists…but have a deep passion for wellness and movement! I have a deep belief there is a gap in the market for moms – especially the postpartum population and my goal is to break the barrier of accessing proper information. After having two kids, having a severe diastis recti and pelvic floor issues, I made it my mission to educate myself and fell in love with helping other women heal their bodies. I have a deep understanding about the postpartum body and the mental and emotional demands motherhood puts on us. I aim to help my clients understand and love their bodies, move with intention, restore their core, feel confident and strong through motherhood. Through my journey, I’ve been trained by some of the best practitioners in the industry, who have made a profound impact on my life and helped me to embrace the body and all of its’ changes! I take a whole body approach, learning about my clients, history, tendencies and their ultimate goals. You deserve to move the way you want, whether it’s just keeping up with your kiddos or training for a marathon – it’s one step at a time, but you’ll get there! I’ve helped moms regain their sense of confidence, by healing their core, functional movements and making improvements within their pelvic floor.
