Hi my name is Kaylan. I’ve been a career nanny in Alabama(born and raised) and Los Angeles for the past 12 years. I moved to Los Angeles in 2016. I have a degree in child development and I’m a certified NCS. My love for kids started at a young age and I love that I made it a longtime career. I have worked with so many amazing diverse family along the way all the way from work from home parents to professional basketball players. I love being able to adapt to new environments quickly to be the best nanny to my nanny kids. What I love about being a nanny is being able to have fun and get on children’s levels to bring endless experiences and happiness. I’m also learning new and exciting ways to connect with them. I offer everything, I have previous clients that just wanted their infant to sleep in the crib but didn’t have the energy to condition them to sleeping alone and that’s where I came in. I offer sleep condition and daytime ncs care as well.
