About me

Hi, I’m Kayla Kohl. I'm the founder of The Birth Chronicles, a certified doula and childbirth educator in the Omaha, NE area. I’m passionate about helping all pregnant people trust their bodies, bond with their babies, and begin their postpartum journey with support so that they can parent from a place of peace. My mission is to support families through pregnancy and postpartum, while embracing empathy and evidence based information.

Hello! As a labor, postpartum, and Reproductive Health Doula and childbirth educator there are so many services I offer families. I do in person private childbirth education classes in your own home, prenatal and postpartum visits, labor support, postpartum daytime and overnight support, virtual birth and postpartum support, and adoption support. I have personal experience with NICU time, breastfeeding and pumping, formula feeding, adoption, IVF, infertility, miscarriage, postpartum mental health issues, breastfeeding through allergies, tongue and lip ties, and so much more. I utilize my personal experiences and trainings to tailor my services to meet your individual needs.
