I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor health. I offer birth prep for both vaginal and c-section deliveries, to optimize your birth plan. As well as provide postpartum recovery in person and virtual support. I help moms get back to themselves so that they can continue to show up for those around them.

3 sessions: Includes 2 appointments prior to delivery and 1 postpartum assessment. -Initial assessment: (after 32 weeks gestation) pelvic floor assessment, medical history assessment, goal assessment (preferably in person) -Birth preparation appointment and birth plan (can be a virtual session) -Postpartum assessment (after 6 weeks postpartum- can be sooner if appropriate) preferably in person
