With over 4 years of professional experience and over 9 years helping other families sleep, I have personally worked with hundreds of families over the years. My goal as your Baby Sleep Trainer is to help your little one obtain the tools needed for sleep, which will provide a foundation for their milestones that they are yet to go through and give the gift of sleep for the rest of their lives. I work with children of all ages, from newborns to children 8 years old. We start off by hopping on a free sleep evaluation call so that I can learn more about your child's sleep struggles. Then you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire so that I can create a customized sleep plan that will work for your family. We'll be reviewing your sleep plan in detail during our private consultation so that you feel 100% confident. I'll be following up with you over the next several weeks to pay close attention to how your child is responding to these techniques and make adjustments as we go, so that we will reach your sleep goals by the end of our time together. The in-home baby sleep packages are the most popular options with Austin families because I will be coming out to your home for your consultation. I will take a look at your child's room to make specific recommendations of change to create the ideal sleep environment for your baby. Most importantly, I will be by your side on the first night as you’re implementing the new techniques at bedtime so that you can feel 100% confident knowing how to get your baby to sleep. We’ll help you adjust what you’re doing based on your child’s responses live. We also offer phone consultations too.
