About me

Hi all! I'm a DONA Trained Birth Doula who provides empathetic, personalized care to ensure families feel heard, respected, and supported at every stage. With my background in public health and a passion for improving maternal and child health, I strive to create a safe, empowering space for families to thrive emotionally, physically, and mentally. Additionally, I’m committed to offering evidence-based resources to families so they can approach birth with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. My journey into birth work began with an early passion for supporting families, leading me to study public health. As I learned more about the challenges families face during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I became determined to advocate for care that works to empower families and reduce health barriers. A life-changing medical diagnosis at age 22 deepened my understanding of vulnerability, resilience, and the importance of compassionate care. It was this experience that has shaped my approach to supporting others through some of their most transformative moments. This, combined with my education, led me on the incredible path of being a doula. I understand the importance of emotional support and informed decision-making in creating a positive, empowering experience. I’m dedicated to offering families the tools and comfort they need to feel safe, calm, and confident throughout their entire experience. Every family and person is unique, and I believe that meeting each one with an open heart is the best way to ensure they feel seen, supported, and in control of their health, decisions, and future.
