When I had my first baby, it was at the height of the pandemic. A lot of what I thought motherhood would look like fell drastically short. I found myself alone while navigating postpartum life, dreading the nights and trying to survive the days. After struggling with my daughter’s sleep, I became a sleep specialist because I truly believed her sleep was why I struggled so much during my postpartum period. After working with over 500 families, I realized that a child’s sleep was the tip of the iceberg, and families needed more than just a sleep training method. They needed a holistic approach.
