Kate Littlefield of Through to Thrive is an incredible resource for anyone preparing for postpartum and parenthood. As someone who works in the perinatal space, I have seen firsthand how her compassionate, evidence-based support helps new parents feel more confident and prepared for the transition into this new stage of life. Kate brings a wealth of knowledge, a deeply empathetic approach, and truly meets families where they are, offering guidance that is both practical and affirming. Her services are invaluable for those seeking a smoother and more supported postpartum experience. I highly recommend her to any expectant parent looking for expert care and thoughtful preparation.
