Hi, I'm Kay! I am a certified Yoni Steam Practitioner, certified level ll Reiki Energy Healer, and currently enrolled in MaternityWise International specializing in Full-Spectrum Doula, Placenta Encapsulation, Childbirth Education, and Lactation Consulting! I have 10 years of professional early childcare/infant care experience. When I am not serving my clients, you can usually find me traveling to my favorite places, eating good food, and shopping!

We provide full-spectrum womb care to women of color who seek holistic healing experiences from conception to postpartum care. We offer a range of services that cater to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the birthing individual and their family. Our Bump to Bliss Program understands that birthing can be unpredictable and may require patience and flexibility. Our Doulas are skilled at adapting to changing circumstances, providing comfort and reassurance to both the birthing individual and their family. We support parents at various birthing locations, empowering them to make informed decisions about their birthing experience by providing education, resources, and advocacy. We understand that each birthing journey is unique and requires personalized care. I got connected with Kay through a friend of mine that is also a doula. I had to go back to work a lot earlier since I am a single mother so needed nanny services. Kay was so amazing and my baby loved (still does lol) her. She also would straighten up my place and made sure things were organized when I got home from work. Kay is definitely heaven sent and I thank her for such a good experience with helping me through this journey of motherhood.

I highly recommend Kay for her postpartum and night nurse services!! I don’t know how I would have made it without her help. She supported from family from our second day home through 4 months and I was so sad to see her go! The nights she was here I had no concerns about the care my son was receiving and I was able to get a good nights sleep! I woke each morning to a tidy house, clean laundry, dishes washed and put away, bottles washed and prepared for the next day and any other tasks I asked her to complete. This was a huge help!!! If you are considering support I strongly recommend you connect with Kay!!! She also has a great personality so it never felt like she was a stranger in my home!!!!
