- Immediate Postpartum Support in the 1st hour.

- Labor Prep meeting (We discuss childbirth, positions, pain management and what to expect, emotional support, etc)
- Postpartum Prep meeting (Expectations, helpful tips, emotional support, etc)
- Full communication (Which means I am there for you for any questions and early labor support)
- Active Labor Support at home, then followed to the hospital
- Ambiance (Tea lights, music, essential oil diffuser, etc.)
- Honey sticks, electrolytes, tea, etc.
- 1st hour postpartum support (help with first latch/feeding, support regaining energy, emotional support)
