Fresh out of nursing school in 2010, my heart found its home in the Labor & Delivery Unit of Women’s Hospital of Texas. I'd say it's where my true connection with expecting and new mothers truly blossomed. In 2015, my dedication bore fruit as I became an IBCLC. I led the Lactation program at St. Luke's Vintage, building it from the ground up. In 2018, I joined forces with a team treating tongue and lip ties, mirroring my experience as a mother of three tongue-tied children. And you know what? Life came full circle in 2019 when I got the chance to become a part of the Bayou City Breastfeeding family. Our new office in Magnolia? It's more than a space – it's a haven of love, support, and education. Breastfeeding my babies wasn't just about feeding – it was a journey filled with sleepless nights, endless feeding sessions, and countless pump routines. Those challenges and joys shaped the Lactation Consultant I am today. My three energetic boys? They've been my greatest teachers, pushing me towards my calling and purpose. Every tear and every hurdle has only deepened my passion. Beyond my professional world, my faith and family keep me grounded. Our nightly Bible stories, witnessing my boys grow in faith, and the precious moments with my three babies – they remind me daily of life's blessings.
