About me

Aloha! I’m a military spouse, birth doula, mom, and student currently working towards a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist certificate. I love educating and empowering pregnant women and their partners while supporting them through the journey. I teach values and evidence-based decision-making to help parents have a positive birth story and feel confident in the way they bring their baby earthside. Most days you can find me chasing two little boys, reading a book, or hiking a new trail. I am known for being super crunchy and clients have said that they can count on me to be trustworthy, positive, and calm.
