I offer three customizable doula packages designed to fit your specific needs, including prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and postpartum care. Whether you’re looking for guidance in birth planning, comfort measures during labor, or extra postpartum support, there’s an option to fit your family’s needs. Let’s work together to create a birth experience where you feel heard, respected, and in control. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here for you every step of the way!

Packages

Essential Birth Support Package

A solid foundation for families who want personalized support during labor and delivery, plus a little extra guidance before and after birth. Includes: Two prenatal visits – We’ll go over your birth preferences, comfort measures, and answer any questions you have about labor and delivery. Unlimited phone/text/email support from the time of hire through six weeks postpartum. Continuous labor and birth support – I’ll be by your side at home or in the hospital, offering physical and emotional support, advocacy, and encouragement. Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth) – Help with breastfeeding initiation, newborn bonding, and ensuring you’re comfortable. One postpartum visit – A home check-in to discuss recovery, newborn care, and any feeding or emotional support needs.

Comprehensive Birth & Postpartum Package

For families wanting full-spectrum support before, during, and after birth, with extra guidance during postpartum recovery. Includes everything from the Essential Package, PLUS: Three prenatal visits – Additional time to practice comfort techniques, prepare your partner, and discuss birth plan options. Birth plan guidance – I’ll help you create a flexible birth plan that reflects your values and preferences. Two postpartum visits – Hands-on newborn care support, emotional check-ins, and help adjusting to life with your baby. Access to my lending library of books, videos, and resources to help you feel fully prepared. Customized postpartum resource list (lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, mental health support, etc.).

The most comprehensive package for families who want extensive support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. Includes everything from the Comprehensive Package, PLUS: Four prenatal visits – More time for birth education, relaxation techniques, partner coaching, and postpartum preparation. On-call support from 37 weeks until birth – Guaranteed availability when you need me most. Labor and postpartum meal prep assistance – Nutrient-rich meal suggestions and light meal prep during postpartum visits. Three postpartum visits – More in-depth care to help you transition smoothly into life with your newborn. Babywearing and soothing techniques demo – Hands-on guidance to help you and baby feel more comfortable. Postpartum mental health check-ins – Supporting your emotional well-being in those crucial early weeks.
