Hello there! My name is Julianna Sachsenmaier and I am a Birth Doula located in Firestone Colorado. All things birth are a really long time passion and calling for me. I come from a background of massage therapy, and really believe in supporting and nurturing the body as a whole. My style is very hands on and encouraging and I'm so happy to go above and beyond to help you have the best birth experience possible. In my free time, I love to cook and paint, or just settle down for a good conversation with a friend.

Service introduction

Hiring me as your Doula will ensure having someone there for your birth who will do a great job of reading the room and showing up for you in the ways that you need. I have a very calming presence and I am very flexible. I can be really hands on and help you relax with massage during your labor, or I can sit back and offer encouraging words every little bit. It all comes down to meeting your needs and helping you have the best birth experience possible.

Birth Doula Services
My Doula services include -Two prenatal meetings, to help get to know each other, run through your goals for your birth, and answer any questions you may have. -Being on call 24/7 for when you go into labor, from 37 weeks until your baby is born. -Being available for you if you have questions or need help finding resources - My attendance at your birth, however long that ends up being. - One Postpartum meeting to check in and see how you are doing, usually about a week after the birth of your baby.
