Since every baby gets to be born only one time, my goal is to help babies have a gentle and loving entry into the world and their moms to feel confident and empowered throughout the birth process. Greetings and thank you for your interest in my doula services! The doula support I provide includes: • A Body Ready Method Assessment and follow up • Two prenatal consultations - approximately 1½ to 2 hours each • 24/7 on call support starting at 38 weeks or earlier if you are showing signs of labor • Continuous labor and birth support including 1 to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care • One postpartum consultation - approximately 1 hour
