Hi, I'm Jodi, I am a Postpartum Doula, am currently pursuing certification and have been trained through DONA International. I provide practical, informational and emotional support to help guide families through the postpartum period, also commonly referred to as the fourth trimester. I currently provide my services in the Capital Region. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from The College of Saint Rose and have a passion for working with newborns and their families. Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Postpartum Doula for Singleton Babies

This service includes: A free initial consultation 1-2 prenatal visits (about 1 hour each and will be included in initial deposit) A custom postpartum care plan 4-hour sessions through the first 12 week postpartum (an estimated frequency will be determined during the prenatal visit and can be altered based on needs) Text support (texts will be answered during business hours) A check-in phone call or in-person visit at 6 month, 9 month and 12 months postpartum. (these check-ins can be adjusted by need).

$25 USD · Per hour

Postpartum Doula Services for Multiples

Postpartum Doula Express

This package includes: A 2-hour session to evaluate needs and provide immediate support. A custom postpartum care plan (if desired which will then come with follow up support in the form of 4-hour sessions at the $25/hour rate for singleton babies and $35/hour rate for multiples)

$50 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

I offer Postpartum Doula Services for both singleton babies and multiples. My services are tailored to each family's needs and include: Assistance with newborn care and sibling adjustment, non-medical support and companionship, light meal prep and household organization, providing evidence-based information on newborn feeding and issues related to the postpartum period and providing referrals when necessary.
