Jessie offers a holistic perspective to psychotherapy with a focus on the heart, mind, body, and soul. Her primary framework stems from a family systems perspective, drawing from trauma-focused, multicultural, cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, and existential therapeutic techniques. Jessie promotes mindfulness and helps individuals find alignment between their actions and values while developing the resiliency to weather life's ups and downs. Her mission is to provide a safe space to collaborate on treatment goals, integrating each individual’s unique strengths to spark healing.

Jessica, who goes by Jessie, provides therapy to adolescents, adults, families, and women in their motherhood journey. Jessie’s journey in the human services field began abroad at children’s homes and women's shelters before transitioning into serving youth and families who experienced trauma in our Central Coast community. Her past therapeutic roles include serving as a case manager and social worker along with providing in-home behavioral support. Jessie's clinical experience is focused on maternal mental health, adoptive families, and parenting skills—plus trauma-informed care, anxiety/depression, and helping people adjust during major life transitions.
