Our newborn care specialist was Jessica. She was like a fairy god mother - she joined our family and everything just seemed to run smoothly. We wake up in the morning and the baby is fed and happy, the baby's bottles are washed and drying. Jess is perfect for first time parents like us as she provided helpful suggestions without being pushy. She helped answer our basic questions, reassured us and provided valuable practical experience as first time parents. For example, she noted what the ideal temperature range is for a baby's room and set our baby monitor to alert us if it was outside the range. Our baby loved her as well. We are going to miss her tremendously! We would highly recommend her to any new families looking for a great care specialist for their baby.
