Let’s be real- within our social systems, mamas are automatically expected to do it all. Expected to heal within weeks and bounce back from such sacred events.. We hired Jeremy Anne to help care for our daughter back when she was 9 months. She was with us for about 5 months. She helped with feeding, play, naps, walking development, baby sign, minor housekeeping items and offered advice with caring for a baby. She has a wonderful holistic approach with her support. She cares about ALL family members - humans and pets alike! We loved that she wasn’t a “transactional” kind of person, she really took the time to get to know us, ask good questions and offer personal care support when needed. She also went out of her way for many things. I will always remember how she helped develop healthy boundaries with our dog as we were adjusting to our daughter’s needs. The boundaries helped build a healthy relationship with our baby and fur baby! Our daughter enjoyed being around Jeremy and she misses her I think sometimes. Jeremy was very helpful with helping our baby walk! We keep in touch and recently shared how our little one is walking all over the place now! I wish we could have had more time with Jeremy. She is a blessing, she is so peaceful and calm.

We wanted to hire someone we trusted and Jeremy was our first child’s teacher in daycare. She was our nanny and now our go to babysitter. Taking care of our toddler during Covid at 8 months old. Babysitter for our 5yr old and 2.5yr old now. Jeremy is always calm and can talk about anything and the kids loved being around Jeremy. She always captures good photos of them. Our child’s always remembers doing crafts with Jeremy. We wanted someone we'd be really comfortable with. It was great just having someone there to help even if you don’t think you need it. You might not think you need help but once you get it you will be less stressed.

We hired Jeremy as a nanny for our daughter (10 months old at the time) to help us for about 5 to 15 hours a week. She would be fully in charge of her: playing with her, feeding her, changing her, taking her on walks around our neighborhood, putting her down for her nap/s, and helping with my daughter’s laundry and dishes while she napped. While my daughter was with Jeremy, I had total peace of mind that she was well taken care of and I could do my work without worrying. She brought a peace and calm that my daughter responded to really well. We found Jeremy when another nanny we were working with couldn’t help us on a specific day. Jeremy pleasantly surprised us right away! She asked great questions, she was calm, and she lingered a little longer after her shift was over. She seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us and telling us more about herself too. She was very different from the other nanny and we knew right away we preferred our daughter spending more time with her. Jeremy made sure to continue practicing baby sign language, speaking to her in some Spanish like we do, and was especially helpful in supporting her learning how to walk. I loved getting videos of my daughter saying a new word, doing a baby sign, or of her being happy during their walks together. It brought me joy to know my daughter was safe and cared for while I got work done. We’ll miss you Jeremy! Wish you all the best! She was a trustworthy and caring nanny who was always so intentional in getting to know us as parents and best support us during the time she had with our daughter. Jeremy is a joy to work with. She is calm, patient, kind, and trustworthy. She loves parents and their children and anyone would be fortunate to receive support from her.

I hired Jeremy as a mother's helper when I was around three or four months postpartum. Initially the role entailed helping me maintain the household while I was still recovering and transitioning into our new life with our daughter. Some tasks that Jeremy helped with included, but were not limited to, staying on top of cleaning and sanitizing pump parts and bottles, taking care of daily kitchen tasks like washing dishes, meal prep, baby and family laundry, picking up groceries, and running errands. Our needs have changed as our daughter continues to grow and Jeremy has adapted to our needs along the way. We wanted to hire someone for this role because we were new parents and did not have any family living nearby to help. We really needed an extra hand as this was our first child. At the time we also had two senior pups and were drowning in caretaking all while I was still recovering from my postpartum experience. The amount of support Jeremy has provided me is invaluable. As a mother's helper she is right by my side helping me with the day to day tasks of caring for a (now) one year old. She is the extra set of hands that lighten my mental load. All the time we have spent working alongside each other has allowed us to really get to know each other. Jeremy provides friendship, support, and love for our family. She genuinely cares and seeks to provide relief whether that is taking time to hang with my daughter while I can get tasks done, running an errand, food prepping, even taking our pup out on a neighborhood walk. Her support is unwavering. Jeremy has been a major part of my postpartum healing journey both physically and mentally. She has played a vital role in helping me survive the wild first year of motherhood. Looking back at our time together I think something that really surprised me about Jeremy is her great sense of humor. This is not something I would have considered as a need, but has been a genuine gift in the day to day. With all the tasks and challenges along the way, all while being simultaneously exhausted, it has been a genuine gift to have Jeremy as a friend you can regularly share laughter with. Jeremy is incredibly gentle and loving with our daughter. Whether she is reading books, playing with her, singing to her, she is so thoughtful in how she engages with her. Our daughter has received such warmth, love, and amazing care from Jeremy. I can't speak highly enough of Jeremy. She is an excellent communicator and really listens for and seeks to understand a mother and family's needs with care and sensitivity. She is deeply thoughtful, and loving. Any family would be incredibly lucky to land her!
