Struggling to find a sleep solution with my oldest daughter was the motivation for my sleep research and subsequent training. After countless sleepless nights, reading almost every sleep book on the market, and hours surfing the internet for a sleep solution (all the conflicting information and misinformation), I came across Dana Obleman’s Sleep Sense program. It CHANGED my life. Fast forward a few years later and as a mom of two I was presented with the opportunity to train and be mentored by world renowned sleep expert Dana Obleman and become certified as a pediatric sleep coach and consultant. I JUMPED at the chance...and the rest is history. For the past eleven years, I have been working with families worldwide and have transformed the lives of over 1,000 families. I love the work that I do and have been honored to be named one of the top 200 sleep consultants in the United States for the past three years by TUCK (an authority on sleep).

Step 1: Transforming Your Wishes into Reality We dive deeper into discussing your wishes for your baby’s sleep. Think of me as your hypothetical fairy godmother waving her magical wand and bringing clarity to your chaos concerning parenting and sleep. We will discuss what areas we need to change and why and then give you a roadmap for implementing said changes and transforming you from sleep-deprived to sleep-revived. Step 2: Putting Your Plan into Action Once you have had time to fully review your child’s sleep plan and ask me any follow-up questions you may have, we select your start date and confirm your first follow-up support call. On night one, know I am rooting for you and sending you great sleep vibes through positive thoughts or additional add-on text message support (sometimes we need a little virtual hand-holding). Step 3: Guidance and One-on-One Support Through Your Plan As you navigate your journey to better sleep, know that I will support you every step of the way via daily access to the chat via the Rested app and follow-up phone calls (all during normal business hours). Step 4: Tweaks and Modification of Your Personalized Program With my over eleven years of experience, I know that no two children are alike and that how their sleep skills grow and transition through the plan will differ. That is why I use your questions, feedback, and data from the interactive online sleep log I provided you at the beginning of our time together to suggest changes that will benefit your child and their specific needs. Step 5: Guide for Continued Success in the Future Now that I have guided you from sleep deprived to sleep revived, as part of my wrap-up package, I’ll provide you with guides for your continued success. Think of the guides as tools in your parenting toolbox. The guides cover what to do during teething, illness, travel, (GASP) Daylight Savings, and future nap transitions.
