Hello everyone, my name is Jennifer and I am a birth doula and Childbirth educator. I am also a bodywork specialist who does energy work. I am trained in Reiki and reflexology and while I was in massage school I took classes in pregnancy massage and labor massage. As a birth worker my passion is to help in the bonding of the family no matter what your family looks like if it is just mother and baby, partner, spouse, or even a family member I am there to help you find your voice and ease your journey as it plays out. Sometimes we want to think we can control what our birth will look like but the little bundle inside doesn't always listen and so I want to be there to help everyone involved reach the goal. My main passion is in continuous care. I left the nursing world after seeing the effects it had on laboring women and families having to build that rapport with the care team each appointment, shift changes and I did not like that. I want to be there with your family from start to finish, one less thing to worry about and one more thing to gain comfort in.

My service start as early as you get the I am pregnant indication and can go all the way until will you are done having your last child. I have worked with many families having many babies, so my care does not end when the birth ends. I am a pregnancy couch so I am there for you during the whole pregnancy helping with any questions that my come up with weekly, monthly meeting however you see fit. I also am a childbirth educator, birth and postpartum doula. I also do photography during the birth and newborn pictures. I am starting to build my portfolio into children and can do some family photography if interested. I also am a bodyworker focusing in energy work and relaxation. I practice reiki, reflexology and aromatherapy. I also do meditation and deep breathing along with some gental stretching. These can be all done at your home as I can travel to you, or if you like can come to my home office.
