Jenn was absolutely incredible! My husband and I are extremely grateful that we had the opportunity to have her as our doula. Her support, knowledge, experience and heart gave us the confidence we needed to achieve our goal of an unmedicated hospital VBAC. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had throughout my pregnancy and always provided great resources to increase our knowledge and prepare us for our big day. Her passion for childbirth shines and her care for mama, baby AND dad were heartwarming. She was like family, making us so comfortable through it all. Her and my husband made an excellent team and were just what I needed to keep going and believing that I would deliver baby naturally. She always kept it real since day one, never sugar coating anything, which I truly appreciated. She was also always ready to bring to the table just what I needed to progress in labor. When my doctor and nurses weren’t optimistic and putting pressure, she was there to lift my spirits back up, reassure me that I was doing it and that I was so close. She knew exactly what positions to help me get into as well as different pain management techniques to get me across the finish line. I would 10/10 recommend her services to anyone! Even one of the nurses that stayed with us after delivery said how impressed she was with Jenn’s support and demeanor through it all. She was respectful to hospital staff and focused solely on my family and I and what she could do to take care of us in the midst of the chaos. Thank You Jenn for empowering us! We had such an incredible experience with Jenn Roberts, our doula. She helped facilitate an absolutely beautiful birth. She was very helpful giving us the resources needed for the questions we had along with her personal experience of her delivery before going into labor. I am extremely grateful for her support. She helped us navigate in a positive manner the anxiety with the VBAC delivery. She was always a text or call away to answer questions or just talk. She helped us advocate for ourselves to safely remain in the comfort of our own home while things progressed. When we felt it was time, she came to the hospital and assisted me with all kinds of techniques to help me dilate naturally. She was very thorough in explaining how the techniques and stretches would help the dilation. During the progression, she helped coach me in the exact way I needed. When the labor got intense, knowing that I could lean on her for support allowed me to put my full focus on pushing during active labor. She stayed with us for a while after the delivery to allow my husband some time to rest since the labor lasted 17 hours. My husband and I would have had very different experiences if it weren’t for her support throughout the entire process. The postpartum visit was also helpful. I was able to ask questions and recap the experience with Jenn. Overall, my experience with Jenn was truly wonderful! If we decide to have another child, I will absolutely be hiring Jenn again. 5/5 stars *Highly recommend *Readily available
