I cannot say enough positive things about Jen. From the first time we met I was drawn to her open acceptance for all of my questions and birthing options. I felt very comfortable and supported by her. There was no judgment or push in any direction of choice, but she offered strong knowledge and information that helped guide me in my own decisions. We had great discussions leading up to my birth, and I felt much more at ease knowing she would be there with me. My labor was very long and hard but Jen was a comforting addition to my team. Many things did not go exactly as planned or hoped for, and she was amazing at explaining different procedures to me and taking care of me – from moving my body after my epidural to feeding me when I needed nourishment to supporting me with essential oils when I was nauseous to placing her hand on my chest to calm my breathing. Simply having her by my bedside was a comfort and I would highly recommend any mom-to-be to bring Jen on to their birthing team.

Jen was incredible as my doula. She provided ongoing support and education through the various stages of my pregnancy. When it came time to deliver she helped me navigate the stages of labor, and read the room and situations perfectly. I describe her as having a servant heart - she saw a need and filled it perfectly without even having to ask. She helped my husband provide the right kind of support at the right times as well and rounded out my birth team wonderfully. Will use her again if I can!

Jen is the most amazing person I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing! She was always so knowledgeable and ready to help whenever I had questions or needed to be talked out of a panic attack. She answered her phone at 3 am when I went into labor and then never left my side for 35 hours of labor and then another 3-4 hours after my son was born. She even took a bunch of pictures and videos for us, and advocated for me whenever I needed! She is an amazing Doula and friend!
