Hello there! My name is Jayde and I am a wife, mother of 2, and Certified Birth Doula for the central Florida area. Assisting others in feeling safe, supported, and empowered throughout their birth is my passion and I would love nothing more than to do so for you! I provide emotional, informational, and physical support for every birth type whether that be in a hospital, birth center, or homebirth setting. I believe it's important each person find the right fit for them, so I provide a free meet & greet interview to all potential clients. Every mom deserves a doula, and every baby deserves a peaceful and happy welcome on their birthday.

I provide a minimum of 2 prenatal meetings where we’ll get to know each other while discussing everything birth related, your preferences, and your goals for your birth. I also provide assistance with creating your birth plan, an education on your options in labor. I can guide you towards excellent childbirth and breastfeeding classes that I highly recommend and have a list of both prenatal and postpartum resources for my clients to utilize. I am available for my clients by phone, text and email throughout pregnancy and labor. I will be with you throughout your labor supporting you through every stage with non-medical pain relief, laboring positions, and communication support between you and your birth team. I will treat you with respect, empathetic care, & provide a wealth of knowledge, so you feel empowered throughout labor. Birth is a beautiful experience I am endlessly grateful to be a part of.
