I am here to help you and your partner have the best birth experience possible. I have been a Birth Doula for 8 years. My first birth doula client was my daughter- in-law and granddaughter. I completed my Birth Doula training at The Simkin Center for Allied Birth Vocation in Seattle, WA. I am a mother of three sons and three grandchildren. I have also worked as a project manager. I am here to help you have an amazing birth story. I will do this by providing physical and emotional support during the labor and birth process. I utilize modalities such as breathwork, massage and positioning to accomplish a successful birth.

I offer two pre-natal visits, support during labor & delivery and one post-partum visit.
