As a postpartum doula, I, Jana, am dedicated to helping new parents get much-needed restful nights while caring for their newborns. With genuine passion, I form meaningful connections and find joy in witnessing parents experience rejuvenating sleep, empowering them for the day ahead. My journey as a doula began after realizing my calling extended beyond the classroom, where I worked as an infant teacher for years. I provide emotional and physical support, tailoring my approach to each family. Operating in Franklin and nearby areas, my philosophy centers around nonjudgmental assistance, leaving families with a deep sense of worth and the belief that they can overcome challenges. By reducing stress, I enable mothers to prioritize self-care and bonding with their baby. Think of sleep as a valuable resource that needs to be replenished to help you function at your best. What to expect

I offer postpartum care during the night so you can get sleep. I take over for caring for your baby. I also offer childbirth classes dad 101 I am a labor doula as well

I can’t say enough positive things about Jana. Both of my children adore her. She is passionate about children and it shows in the way she cares for them. She was my postpartum doula after the birth of my son and I can’t imagine having gone through that experience without her!!!! It’s incredibly important to get rest during that time but for me it was even more important to have peace of mind that whomever was taking care of my son at night was the best of the best! So grateful for Jana!
