Hypnobirthing techniques and relaxation methods. Low intervention. Maybe aromatherapy? Soothing music or similar to help me through birth with good support and help through the experience.

Our son Brooks just turned 16 weeks old today and right as this occurred, my wife Bridgett also returned to work full time (I have been working full time since beginning of the year). Brooks is a sweet little kiddo full of smiles, laughter, and lots of vigor! He’s been partially rolling for a few weeks now but over the last few nights he’s been going back to belly on his own. Prior to this, he slept in 3-5 hour stretches but with him now transitioning to a sleep sack (likely coupled with a 4 month sleep regression), night time is a battle. He has great wake windows and never goes to bed with less than 24 oz but we cannot figure out how to settle him. He likely needs sleep training but as we both work full time, we need some help!
