I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Midwife in Portland, OR. Beholden Natural Medicine is dedicated to providing the utmost respect and quality care for each individual’s health needs. Through a holistic approach, natural and modern medicine is utilized to address unique individual needs. As a naturopathic primary care physician, my goal is to support individuals, women, families, and children by providing the type of medicine that takes into consideration the physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, and social aspects of health. As a Naturopathic Midwife, I strive to support above & beyond care to growing families from preconception support through extended postpartum. I am passionate about addressing the needs of mother & baby physically, emotionally to achieve an optimal foundation for healing & birth recovery.
