Ivy was the biggest blessing during my postpartum experience! I looked forward to her weekly home visits, knowing she would answer my breastfeeding and pumping questions, all the while exhibiting the kindest and most thoughtful attitude. She was ever-supportive, exceptionally knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the highest level of care and compassion during a fragile time in my motherhood journey. She made very helpful recommendations regarding my breastfeeding journey and referred out to skilled providers outside her scope of practice, when appropriate. She was never pushy or judgmental and always provided a full picture of options to let me and my husband decide how to proceed. 10/10 would recommend Ivy as a lactation consultant! I will definitely continue to work with her through future pregnancies and postpartum seasons.

As a first time mom, I knew I wanted to breastfeed, but heard so many horror stories of pain-physically and mentally. Then enters Ivy. I could not recommend having a lactation consultant, specifically Ivy, more. She was quick to respond when I reached out while still pregnant with my daughter. She scheduled an appointment for me just a day after I came home from the hospital. She supported, listened, and helped in so many ways from education about proper latching to checking in on my mental health in a time I really needed it. She empowers you to make the best decision for your family and is full of resources. She helped connect me to a breastfeeding support group which has helped the postpartum journey tremendously. She is extremely knowledgeable and always just a message away to ease worry or to help problem solve. I am beyond thankful she was part of my support team!
