I’m from Hendersonville, NC, and serve the Henderson County, Greenville (SC) County, and Buncombe County communities. As a Birth Doula, I offer prenatal, birth, and immediate postpartum care and support. I’ve worked with growing families, adolescent parents, and children for over 10 years in various capacities including childcare, social work, parent education, and doula work. I feel passionately that every pregnant/birthing person deserves comprehensive healthcare - encompassing but not limited to birth justice, informed consent, evidence-based research, and education, empowering birthing people and their chosen families, inclusive and trauma-informed birthwork, along with being in tune with our bodies and nervous systems. My goal is to serve and create a safe space for all family structures, including those in LGBTQIA2s+ communities. My work in advocacy, empowerment, and education are based in the belief that the integration of empathy, anti-racism, and harm reduction define the experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer up to my clients the ability to listen, find humor in any circumstance, empathize with grief and pain, create comfort, and bring forth positive light.

Check out my website for more information on the services I offer and my package prices. Although my fees are currently unable to be covered by insurance, I do want my services to be as accessible and equitable as possible while still acknowledging the value of my time, energy, and intentionality as a Doula. I am more than happy to work with my clients to develop payment plans that are effective and fair for all parties involved. All payments must be completed by the last postpartum appointment. I do offer sliding scale fees dependent upon individual circumstances and am open to negotiate and/or barter when rapport and communication is present.
